I mean this is a believable dystopian city. Random little mini games and cute stuff like sitting down or eating are just, idk, superfluous game design imo. Everyone else could not care less about you unless they want something from you. The transactional nature of V’s associates is exactly how I expect people in dystopian Southern California to act. Maybe it’s because I’m from LA but I don’t associate chatting up random people on the street with real life lol.
